I am a freelance location sound recordist with over 25 years experience.

I work mainly on documentaries and factual programs. These have included some hazardous locations including the arctic, desert, mountain, jungle and sea. My list of credits includes all the major broadcasters.

I am based in Cumbria, in the Lake District in north west England, within easy reach of Scotland and all major northern cities. I regularly base myself out of Glasgow or Edinburgh, but have worked all over the world and I’m always willing to travel.

I carry a full kit and keep it up to date with much

of the latest technology.
